The first night with our eight-week-old puppy ended with a puddle on the kitchen tile at 3 a.m. and a very confused family standing around in pajamas, unsure whether how long does it take to potty train a puppy (http://idrinkandibreakthings.com/index.php/Creating_A_Shared_Potty_Plan_For_Your_Household:_A_Family_Guide) scold, clean, or simply go back to bed.
