Most survey reports open with a general description of the vessel and Ocean Independence yacht charter (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ocean_Independence) the conditions under which the survey was carried out, worth checking simply to confirm the surveyor inspected the vessel in a seaworthy state, out of the water, with systems.
