Renting first is still the low-risk option in an unfamiliar country. Neighbourhoods look very different between seasons, buy property in bellapais (https://hatamatata.com/cyprus/northern-cyprus/bellapais/) and camyuva property prices (https://hatamatata.com/turkey/antalya/camiuva/) nearby construction only becomes obvious once you live there.
